Lean and Artificial AI
Lean and Artificial AI
Smarter Processes. Better Decisions.
Lean has long been the gold standard for eliminating waste and driving efficiency and now AI makes it faster, smarter, and more impactful. In this course, you’ll discover how to apply AI tools to key Lean practices like process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization. Through demos and practical exercises, you’ll learn to spot opportunities, implement quick wins, and measure results. You’ll also explore how to engage your team, build trust, and scale AI-enhanced Lean improvements across your organization.
This course fills a critical content gap to future-proof our operations offerings: while we have training on Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement, there is little to no content showing how to practically layer AI onto those methodologies. Combining two powerful approaches empowers learners to move from theory to applied innovation
Compliments courses on Lean (i.e. Lean Foundations), Six Sigma, process mapping, operational excellence, continuous Improvement, root cause.
